The workshop offers an overview of the daily training systematized by the LUME team of actresses and actor-researchers . Through concrete methodologies, the workshop addresses fundamental themes of acting work: ethics (self-discipline and autonomy); preparation and readiness (warming up the body-mind and presence); recognition and expansion of the body's expressive capacities; energetic and technical aspects of the craft (transformation of weight into energy, dynamics of actions in space and time, articulations and body segmentation, modulation of energy, interplay between actors).
