This Masterclass, organized by Marco Martins (Mákina de Cena), will feature two guests: João Paulo Esteves da Silva (piano) and Bruno Pedroso (drums), who, in addition to a performance, will discuss their career paths and how they manage to reconcile their roles as university professors while maintaining a strong presence in creation and performance.

Pianist João Paulo Esteves da Silva has released numerous albums, given concerts, and collaborated extensively . His work with instrumental musicians such as Ricardo Rocha, Carlos Bica, Cláudio Puntin, Jean-Luc Fillon, Peter Epstein, Ricardo Dias, and Dennis Gonzalez is particularly noteworthy; as are his partnerships with singers like Vitorino, Sérgio Godinho, Filipa Pais, and Cristina Branco, among others.
